We love that so many of our teams choose team building activities that serve local communities! Just last Friday, September 12, a team of 14 employees from Plant 19 led by Shipping Manager Jess Frederickson volunteered at Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County.

“We were looking for constructive team building activities that would benefit our community,” said Jess. “Working side by side on a project like this allows everyone to get to know their coworkers, supervisors and manager without the worry of our normal production schedule.”

On Friday the team worked on siding and painted inside the house. This Friday, September 19, the team will go back to work on doors and trim in two houses at Beardsley Bulldog Crossing, a housing development started by Habitat for Humanity.
